About Regener8 Cymru

We are committed to providing tailored, community-based early intervention, prevention and training and believe that everyone should have the opportunity to lead a safe fulfilling life

The training and awareness sessions are enlivening, inspiring, thought provoking  and motivating, exploring usable skills and experiences to make learning a fun experience.

 We aim to build confidence, self-esteem and develop a dynamic and flexible approach to learning.

  We are flexible, adaptable and able to deliver bespoke, inhouse, commercial training and have experience of delivering in schools, colleges, community hubs, job centres and employer organisations. We also offer Zoom, Teams, Skype, face time and WhatsApp live interactive courses

We have secured contracts and funding with the Police and Crime commissioner, Caerphilly rural development, The Lottery, High Sheriff fund , Moondance, Social business wales and the institute of fundraising

Director

Penny Chapman

My experiences include working across sectors to include the Public, Private and Voluntary sector. I currently oversee the delivery and implementation of Adult Support Worker training, Managing Anxiety and Panic Attacks with Self care and resilience, Healthy Relationships for 14-25 year olds. We work across Schools, Colleges, Youth clubs, Social Services, Private training providers, Community groups, councils, employers, Job centres face to face and live online sessions via Zoom or Microsoft teams

I offer bespoke training for the Support and third, Private and Public sector and oversee Employability contracts.
I support with procurement activities, source funding opportunities and the submission and completion of tenders. I am a PQASSO mentor to 3 organisations.
Previous experience of overseeing the delivery of Support and Intervention services for Men, Women and Children to include Victim and Perpetrators of abuse to include the setting up and delivery of a perpetrator programme working towards RESPECT accredited standard.
Working in collaboration with Housing providers, Health, Social Services, Support providers, Gwent Police , Dyfed Powys Police, Education, local council and legal services.
Delivery of bespoke training packages for the of Awareness of Domestic Abuse, Domestic Abuse and the effects on children to Gwent Police, Merthyr Valleys Homes, ASB, Contact centres various, Schools and colleges.
Responsible for overseeing the support services of Refuge, Move on accommodation, Sexual Assault support services, Drop in centre, 24 hour helpline and Floating support Education and Training programmes.

Also previously a senior manager for a private training provider and Further Education college overseeing work based learning and Apprenticeships.

Youth Worker

Brant Joseph

Brant is a recent Swansea University graduate and was looking for a career in education. He joined Regener8 in January 2019 as a youth worker and co-facilitator on the healthy relationships project. Brant has had extensive training experience from Regener8 as well as a advice and guidance qualification. His extensive customer service experience has given Brant a great ability to approach people of all ages and deliver sessions to all needs and abilities. His Psychology degree has enabled him to understand and work with young adults, ensuring that the sessions are delivered effectively, keeping all young people engaged and able to safeguard young people when needed.
