We are delivering Managing Anxiety and Panic Attacks exploring self care and building resilience sessions.
This course is providing much needed intervention with Schools, Young peoples services and Adult programmes.
Outcomes are amazing to date with young people able to:-
Identify when and where they feel anxious
Awareness of how Anxiety makes them feel
Triggers identified with behaviour have included - Non engagement, Anger, Relationships, Grief, Lack of support, Returning after Covid, Boundaries and Routines
Explore coping strategies
Introduce more self care activities
Build resilience

Occupational Burnout
Occupational burnout can be a result of work-related stress. Life is busy with our home and work life. It is about creating the right amount of work life balance and managing our time in work, at home and trying to keep them separate.
There are many symptoms of burnout which can include: exhaustion, sadness, anger, irritability, disturbed sleep, stressed, lacking empathy/compassion. The symptoms if not addressed could lead to health concerns.
This course explores:

The physical, emotional, sensory, spiritual and social opportunities to support wellbeing.
